We want you to be happy with your TAHSIN order. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Made-to-Order Products
Our products are made to order. Because each item is produced after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges solely because you changed your mind or selected the wrong size or color.
This policy does not affect any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@tahsinllc.com.
Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging. We will review your request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Please do not return an item before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
Returns Required by Applicable Law
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Where applicable law provides a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right, we will honor that right in accordance with the law. Exceptions may apply to certain goods made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized, where permitted by law.
European Union Customers
Where EU law provides a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase, customers generally have 14 days from delivery to exercise that right, subject to applicable exceptions.
The exception for personalized or made-to-specification goods does not necessarily apply to every made-to-order product. Customers also retain applicable legal rights relating to faulty goods or goods that do not conform to the contract.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Where applicable law requires a refund within a specific period, we will process it in accordance with that law.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@tahsinllc.com.
Because our products are made to order, we may not be able to cancel an order once production has started. This does not affect any cancellation or withdrawal rights that cannot legally be excluded.
